Decision Making
These workshops can be delivered to any age level. With adults we focus on getting out of analysis paralysis and helping ourselves move through the decision making process easier. With youth we work on getting them in touch with their energetically correct decision making process, and with teens the focus is on what their future holds.
Relationships
Examples of workshops I run in this category are Grounded Relationships for partners in both life and business. How to Truly 'See' Your Child is a parent workshop. Celebrating YOU Because You're Worth It! is a workshop for teens.

I have gone through so much of my own self-discovery, self-doubt, and self-esteem issues over the years and I am excited to be working with people to help them with their own questions about themselves, life, and finding the grace to extend toward others.
My coaching style is informal and conversational, while being informational and transformative. I utilize the magnificent system of Human Design along with creativity, habit tracking, and journalling. Not sure what Human Design is, check out my podcast or blog where I give you a quick overview.
